Studio Será was appointed to design the first purpose-built office for Dun & Bradstreet in Pakistan, marking a significant moment in the company’s regional expansion. The brief was to create a space that was modern and luxurious, yet warm and welcoming—a place where the leadership could host and entertain clients comfortably, while also supporting a dynamic and growing team.
The office spans five floors, each designed with a distinct visual identity while maintaining a cohesive tone. As one moves upward through the building, the level of formality increases—from light, neutral spaces featuring oak, warm whites, and soft blues, to executive levels with richer walnut and rosewood tones paired with pale brick accents.
Key features include custom lighting, Homestead furniture, and a striking travertine conference table set within a coffered-ceiling boardroom—offering a sense of quiet, modern luxury. Materials were chosen for both their comfort and timelessness, making the spaces feel understated and elegant.
To support a flexible work culture, each floor features a mix of meeting rooms and varied desk arrangements, allowing teams to work collaboratively or independently. The basement houses a cafeteria and breakout space, functioning as a secondary work and social zone.
Designed to accommodate future growth, the office avoids the sterility often associated with corporate interiors. Instead, it feels intuitive, human, and considered—a space where structure and softness coexist, and where people can work, meet, and gather in ways that feel both natural and inspired.
